PAYMENT

We are not directly contracted with any insurance companies; all treatments are to be paid in full by the patient at the time of service.

Most insurance companies offer reimbursement for physical therapy services at an out-of-network rate. As each company differs, it is recommended to call your insurance provider to inquire about their specific rates and regulations regarding reimbursement.  We are happy to assist in this process to find out what your insurance covers and how to get reimbursed.  Upon request, we will provide each client with an invoice that can be submitted to your insurance company.  In most cases the cost of treatment is applied to your deductible.
